To become an employee of All Clean Services Inc., an applicant must satisfy the following requirements:

1. Receive a criminal history background check (at applicant’s expense).

2. Complete a personal interview with the department supervisor.

3. Have two valid forms of identification.

4. Provide two previous employer references and two personal references that will be confirmed by the interviewer.

5. Provide complete set of fingerprints.

6. Complete a 30-day probationary training and evaluation period.

7. Report to a licensed clinic for drug testing (at applicant’s expense).

8. Complete the ACSI new hire packet which includes signing a Conflict of Interest Statement and a Confidentiality Agreement.
